Delta Plastik presents advanced 3 to 11 Layer Co-Extrusion Blown Film Lines, designed to produce everything from standard packaging to high-barrier technical films. These lines are engineered to process not only standard polyolefins (HDPE, LDPE, LLDPE) but also complex barrier resins like PA (Polyamide) and EVOH, ensuring excellent gas and moisture barrier properties.

The system features an Automatic Air Ring for precise thickness control and an IBC (Internal Bubble Cooling) system to maximize output and film clarity. Equipped with a horizontal oscillating haul-off unit and carbon fiber collapsing boards, the line ensures a scratch-free film surface. It is the ideal solution for manufacturing FFS heavy-duty sacks, silage films, courier bags, lamination substrates, and high-barrier food/medical packaging.
