We offer high-performance extrusion lines designed to produce heavy-duty PET packing straps using 100% recycled PET bottle flakes or granules. This system turns waste into value by manufacturing high-tensile strength "Green Straps."

The process begins with an advanced Crystallization and Dehumidifying system to remove moisture and maintain viscosity. Equipped with a Melt Gear Pump, the line ensures continuous, stable pressure for uniform strap thickness and width. Depending on production requirements, we provide Single or Twin Screw configurations capable of extruding 1 to 6 straps simultaneously. The precision embossing unit enhances the strap's friction and gripping quality.
