We provide high-performance extrusion lines designed to produce premium Polypropylene (PP) strapping tapes suitable for use in fully automatic and semi-automatic packing machines. Our system offers the flexibility to process both virgin PP granules and recycled PP materials efficiently.

All critical components are precision-machined via CNC to ensure longevity and accuracy. The line features a specialized Italian-style mold design, which ensures the production of perfectly straight straps with precise dimensions and high tensile strength. Depending on the model (SJ Series), the line can extrude 2, 4, or 8 straps simultaneously. With a fully automatic PLC control system and advanced winding units, the production capacity ranges from 80 kg/h up to 300 kg/h.
