Delta Plastik offers high-performance extrusion lines for manufacturing PVC Marble-Look Decorative Profiles, providing a durable, moisture-proof, and fire-resistant alternative to real stone or marble in interior design. These heavy-duty composite products utilize a high percentage of Natural Stone Powder (Calcium Carbonate) as the core material.

The line employs a Conical Twin Screw Extruder (ideal for high CaCO3 filler load) paired with a Single Screw Co-extruder for the surface layer. The distinctive marble finish is achieved via Hot Stamping or water transfer printing, followed by an integrated UV Curing System for high gloss and scratch resistance. The finished profiles (moldings, skirtings) are strong, fire-resistant, non-toxic, and easy to clean.
