Delta Plastik presents an advanced extrusion line for producing Yarn Reinforced PE Layflat Hoses, a lightweight and eco-friendly alternative to traditional PVC hoses. Designed for high-pressure irrigation systems, these hoses are made from LDPE, making them significantly lighter (specific gravity 0.9) and fully recyclable.

The production line integrates the main extruder, a specialized Yarn Braiding System, and a coating unit to create a durable composite structure. This technology enhances the hose's bursting pressure while maintaining flexibility. By simply changing the mold, the line can also produce plain PE hoses, patterned water hoses, or fiber-reinforced variants. The final product offers exceptional resistance to UV radiation, cold weather cracking, and abrasion.
